PUBLIC OFFER
for paid access to the Makeeva.Pro Library
Version dated 28 October 2026
This Offer governs the provision of paid access to the "Library" section of the Makeeva.Pro platform.
Paying for access, ticking the box to accept the documents and/or actually using the Library means that the User accepts this Offer. If the User does not agree with the Offer, they should not pay for access or take part in the Library.
1. Parties and documents
1.1. "Administration" means the Administration of the Makeeva.Pro platform. The Administration's details are given at the end of this Offer.
1.1.1. A subscription paid for on Makeeva.Pro via Paddle Checkout is sold by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the online reseller and Merchant of Record for this order. Paddle accepts the payment, issues payment documents, calculates and pays applicable taxes, and handles payment-related enquiries. In addition to this Offer, the Paddle Buyer Terms apply to the purchase; the User is presented with them when placing the order. Access to the Library is provided by the Administration under this Offer.
1.2. Participation in the Library is also governed by the Makeeva.Pro User Agreement, the Makeeva.Pro Privacy Policy and the Library Rules. With regard to paid access, the subscription, refunds and participation in the Library, this Offer prevails.
1.3. The Library is intended for Users over 18 years of age.
2. What access includes
2.1. The Library is a closed online format created by the author for the User's independent work with original materials — video episodes, written materials and assignments.
2.2. Access is provided to the current cohort of the Library on the Makeeva.Pro website.
2.3. Archives of past cohorts, separate programmes, individual consultations and other products are not included in the subscription unless expressly stated otherwise on the payment page or in the personal account.
2.4. The Administration typically publishes at least one video episode (theoretical or practical, recorded or live-streamed) per week. The schedule, format and set of materials may change; in some weeks there may be no episodes.
2.5. Participation in the Library is not individual guidance. Personal review of every assignment, an individual reply to every participant and any specific result are not guaranteed.
3. Subscription, payment and cancellation
3.1. Access is provided on a monthly subscription basis. The subscription renews automatically every month until the User cancels it in their personal account, or until the current cohort is completed, stopped or changed by the Administration.
3.2. The subscription is paid by automatic recurring payments processed by Paddle. By placing an order in Paddle Checkout, the User agrees to automatic monthly charges for the subscription to the payment method provided at the first payment. The charge is made once a month, on the date the paid period ends. Each successful charge extends access by one month. The amount charged is the subscription price shown on the payment page and on the pricing page makeeva.pro/en/pricing in the selected currency, plus applicable taxes; a promo code discount applies to the first payment only. The subscription price is stated exclusive of taxes: applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.) are calculated by Paddle based on the User's country and added to the price, and the total amount payable is shown in Paddle Checkout before payment. If a charge fails, Paddle retries the payment and may send the User an email with a link to update the payment method; access is kept for no more than 8 calendar days after the end of the paid period and is then suspended until a successful payment. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription may be cancelled. The payment page forms part of the terms of this Offer with regard to the price, currency and available period. The Administration may change the price for future periods and new payments.
3.3. Payment details are entered and processed by Paddle and its associated payment providers; the Administration does not receive them. The Administration may receive from Paddle the information needed to provide access, account for payments and support the User.
3.4. The description of the transaction on the User's bank statement may mention Paddle and may differ from the name Makeeva.Pro.
3.5. The User can cancel the subscription renewal themselves in their personal account on Makeeva.Pro: on the profile page makeeva.pro/en/profile, in the "Subscription" section, click "Manage subscription" → "Cancel subscription" and confirm the cancellation. The subscription can also be cancelled via the link in Paddle's subscription emails. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: further recurring charges stop, and access is kept until the end of the period already paid for. If the User has difficulty cancelling, they can contact support: support@makeeva.pro.
4. Access and refunds
4.1. If access was not granted automatically after payment, the User should contact support: support@makeeva.pro. Technical problems with access are resolved first and foremost by restoring access.
4.2. Cancelling the subscription stops future charges but does not in itself mean an automatic refund for the period already paid for.
4.3. The terms and procedure for refunds of payments are set out in the Refund Policy (makeeva.pro/en/refund), which forms part of this Offer. In brief: a full refund of the first payment of a new subscription may be requested within 14 calendar days of the payment date, no reason required, once per User; renewal payments are non-refundable except for billing errors; upon a refund, access ends and the subscription is cancelled.
4.4. After 14 calendar days from the date of the first payment, that payment is non-refundable, except where access was not provided for a technical reason (clauses 4.1 and 4.6) and in cases provided for by mandatory law of the User's country of residence.
4.5. To request a refund, the User writes to Makeeva.Pro support (support@makeeva.pro), stating the email address of their account, or contacts Paddle via paddle.net or the link in the purchase email. As the seller, Paddle makes the refund to the same payment method that was used for the payment.
4.6. If restoring access is impossible or impractical, the Administration may offer an extension of access, a transfer of access, a refund or another reasonable solution.
5. Rules of participation
5.1. The User undertakes to follow the Library Rules, to interact respectfully with the Administration and other participants, not to share access with third parties and not to use Library materials outside their personal participation.
5.2. The Administration may delete messages, restrict activity, restrict access or terminate the User's participation in the Library if the User breaches the Offer, the Library Rules, the User Agreement or the rights of other participants, or creates risks for the project.
5.3. Breaches include, in particular: sharing access with third parties, publishing Library materials outside the closed space, aggressive or abusive behaviour, breaching the confidentiality of other participants, advertising without the Administration's consent, attempts to bypass payment, copying materials, or using Library materials to create one's own products, courses, consultations, channels, bots, methods or other commercial/public projects without the Administration's written consent.
5.4. When access is restricted or terminated due to a breach, no refund is made for the current paid period, except for the right to a refund under clause 4.3 and in cases provided for by mandatory law of the User's country of residence.
6. User content
6.1. In the Library the User may voluntarily post questions, comments, messages, assignments, written reflections and other text materials on Makeeva.Pro.
6.2. Such materials may be used by the Administration to run the Library, prepare reviews and feedback, improve the methodology, and develop the project's materials and technical tools, including with the use of commercial software and AI tools.
6.3. For this work, the User's texts and, where necessary, their pseudonym/nickname may be used to understand which materials belong to the same participant.
6.4. The Library is a closed space, but not a space of guaranteed confidentiality. Materials the User posts on the Platform may be visible to other participants. If the User does not wish to disclose personal details, they should change names, circumstances and other identifying features themselves before posting.
6.5. The Administration does not sell participants' personal stories as a database to third parties and does not publish the User's personal materials publicly without separate consent.
6.6. By posting user content, the User grants the Administration a free, non-exclusive right to use it in whole or in part for the purposes stated in this Offer.
7. Project materials and liability
7.1. All Library materials belong to the Administration and/or the rights holders. The User receives only a personal right to access and use the materials for personal non-commercial purposes.
7.2. The User may not copy, record, download, publish, share, sell, forward, make publicly available or use Library materials outside their personal participation without the Administration's written consent.
7.3. Library materials are for information purposes and are intended for the User's independent work on themselves. The Library is not psychotherapy, medical care, psychological counselling in the clinical sense, individual coaching, or legal, financial or other professional advice.
7.4. The User is solely responsible for how they apply the materials and for decisions they make based on them. The Administration does not guarantee that the User will achieve any specific result.
7.5. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Administration's liability for claims related to the Library is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the last paid period of participation.
8. Changes, governing law and details
8.1. The Library runs in cohorts. The duration, programme, set of materials, technical tools and format of a cohort are determined by the Administration and may change as the project develops.
8.2. The Administration may announce the completion of the current cohort, a change in its format, a transition to a new format or the end of further subscription renewals. The procedure for ending access is determined by the Administration taking into account the specific situation and periods already paid for.
8.3. The Administration may update this Offer. A new version takes effect upon publication on the Platform unless another date is stated in the version itself.
8.4. This Offer is governed by the law of the Republic of Korea, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law of the User's country of residence. The parties will seek to resolve disputes through negotiation and correspondence at support@makeeva.pro. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be heard by the competent court at the Administration's place of registration, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
